About Us

McMurray Cooling and Heating was founded by Paul G. Fink in the 1950’s in McMurray Pennsylvania. Our company was originally called Paul G. Fink Plumbing and Heating.

Paul incorporated in 1975 as McMurray Cooling and Heating. Paul’s son, John P. Fink joined the company in 1981 after receiving a bachelor’s degree in management and economics.

In 1986 founder Paul G. Fink passed away, making John president. In 1989 John built our first formal building in Bethel Park Pa. Our company then outgrew that building and moved to their current location Canonsburg Pennsylvania. Now with 100+ employees they are presently in the initial phase starting construction on a new 30,000 sq ft. facility that will be transitioning them to Eighty Four Pa.

McMurray Cooling & Heating purchased a sister company from Melvin Rexroad in Morgantown West Virginia, currently managed by Ben Licht. Rexroad Heating and Cooling offers many of the same services of McMurray Cooling and Heating.
